Magisk ny japansk film fra Magic High School, hvor de snart er nået til deres andet forår …
Den “irregulære” storebror og hans yngre søster, som er en akademisk stjerne, står for at afslutte deres første år på Magic High School.
Tatsuya, Miyuki og de andre har besluttet sig for at tilbringe forårsferien i en særlig privat villa på Ogasawara Øen.
De får det meste ud af deres korte ferie. Indtil en ung pige kaldet Kokoa dukker op foran dem. Hun er flygtet fra en flådebase og fortæller Tatsuya om det eneste ønske, hun har.
