Det sidste afsnit af BLUELOCK animeen er netop blevet sendt i Japan, men spillerne forbliver på banen i en overskuelig fremtid. Lige efter at fodboldbraget sluttede kom en ny teaser ud til at afsløre planer om at fortsætte anime-udgaven med både BLUELOCK Season 2 og en animefilm med titlen BLUELOCK: Episode Nagi, hvoraf sidstnævnte er baseret på en spinoff der handler om Nagi Seishiro.
